The Worry Trick by David A. Carbonell

This book was an interesting listen. I thought it would have a lot of great tips in it, and it might have, if I hadn't been dealing with how to not worry my entire life.

The premise is that this guy has figured out how to solve worrying. He wants you to set aside time for worrying. A good idea? Sure. Groundbreaking? Not really. He claims that when you try to not worry, all it does is cause you to worry. Kind of like if someone says, "Don't think about elephants." Well, then all you are going to be thinking about is...elephants. It wasn't really a novel concept, but the reinforcement was good.
