This was one of those purchases I made on Amazon (hellllllooooooooo new Kindle Oasis) just because. Didn't know much about the book but it was on a special and I thought, why not.
Kyler and Sad are the typical boy-girl best friends who have been that way forever. He loves her, she loves him, neither have the balls to admit it to each other. He's a player with rich parents (but they were friends before his parents were rich), she's the innocent girl who has only been with one guy ever and that guy broke her heart (and wasn't Kyler). They and a group of friends are going to his mom's cabin in the mountains to ski over Christmas. The other friends leave later and can't get past a giant snowstorm so he and Syd end up there by themselves. There's some guy Zach that plays a minor-major role but the overall book is Kyler and Syd. You can probably figure out the rest.
And it's completely predictable. That being said, it wasn't a terrible book to read, but it certainly wasn't riveting. Recommended for a quick, easy read. Supposedly the author has other books that are better than this one. I'd give it 3 stars.
